  1. Allow the choosing of work order templates when creating an 'associated' work order

    When creating an associated work order, we should be able to pick from our work order Templates to create the new work order. To create an associated work order, you select the work order in the grid, use the Toolbox, select 'General' and select 'Create WO and Associate It'. We should be able to create the assocated WO from our list of work order templates that have been set up with default fields completed.

  2. Support an Asset Registry

    Add a new module for Asset Registry which has a registry of every desired asset in the system. The module will have 500 fields (all user defined) in the standard user defined allocation (dates, code types, text fields).

    Add a new field for Asset Registry Identifier to every asset module.

    Allow administrators to configure which fields map to the asset registry. Use the same pattern as we use for mapping WKWOASSET fields.

    On save for each module, asynchronously automatically update data into the asset registry table if needed.

  3. Rule Based Required Field on a form editor

    Please allow to add a conditional required field?

    For example, user defined field 'reason' could be a required field when a work order status changes to 'cancel'

  4. Allow Supervisors to see their own time in Timesheet overview and their direct employees only

    We want supervisors to be able to see their own time in Timesheet overview (along with only their employees) but only have the approve timesheet permission (not approve and lock). Right now in order for them to see their own time we have allowed the 'Allowed to Approve and Lock Timesheets permission'. However, they now see employees for the entire company which is not ok. We need to be able to limit this view to their direct employees as well as themselves. Thanks.

  5. Allow filtering in mobile

    Allow grid fields to be filtered on mobile. currently the search is the only way to narrow results. I would like mobile staff to be able to select any column and filter

  6. add drop down fields for manhole manufacturer and model

    There is currently a manhole type drop down field, but this is not editable. for SAW grant and tracking purposes we need to identify make and model.

  7. Civil Defense Siren Module

    I would like to see a separate module being created just for civil defense sirens. We currently store them in the auxiliary equipment module, but our staff feels more comfortable that a separate module being created just for these assets.

  8. Allow Light & Dark Setting Modes

    Lately, many software companies are offering light and dark setting modes. I would like to see this type of implementation offered in lucity web.

    We would like for an incident report to be locked to editing once it has been reviewed and "signed off" on.

  10. Ability to display decimal degrees on a Work Order

    FEMA requires decimal degrees for a location to be reported for FEMA work orders. Currently, work orders only report X/Y coordinates. Requesting for the ability to show both X/Y and decimal degrees on work orders.

  11. Inactive warehouse vendors

    Have a way to inactive a warehouse vendor so they no longer are available for selection within the warehouse module. Currently the only option is to delete them from the system

  13. Allow multiple choices from a drop down.

    We would like to suggest the ability to choose multiple things in a drop down. For example, if we have an illicit discharge, there may be more than one contaminant involved. We need to report all of this to Ecology. Right now, we can only choose one contaminant. That is one example, but we have quite a few thing we need to do this for.

  14. Allow fields to be calculated values

    Allow a Field's value to be calculated based on other fields in the database. Perhaps, by adding a box on the Field Properties page that let's us define how a field should be calculated (Maybe enter a SQL select statement here?)

  15. ability to choose which asset attributes appear in the window that appears when searching for an existing asset.

    We HAVE to have the ability to choose which asset attributes appear in the window that appears when searching for an existing asset. It is sometimes impossible to add all of the assets we need to add to a work order from a single grid view. The only way to then attach an additional asset provides a window of asset attributes that we need to be able to customize. In its current state it is nearly impossible to identify and search for the correct asset. Thanks.

  16. Enable Task-Level assignments

    Currently (v19R1), Tasks can be associated with Crews, but not with Employees (leadworkers). Work Orders can be assigned to individual employees (leadworkers) but tasks can't (if I understand correctly). It could be helpful to be able to assign tasks to individuals.

  17. Add a feature that allows us to sync cleaning info on assets based on Work Order and PMs done on that asset

    I see that the Pipe Inventory Module has fields for:
    Last Cleaning Date, NTLCLNDT
    Next Cleaning Date, NTNCLNDT
    Cleaning Freq, NTCFREQ
    Cleaning Freq Units, NT
    CFRQ_CD

    Those would correspond to the following fields in the PM Table
    TOPRVDT (or also, this could work with the ASCOMPDT field from the Work Order Asset table)
    TONXTDT
    TODTINNO
    TODTINTCD

    It would be nice if there was a way to automatically push the cleaning info to the asset into. For example: If a work order is closed containing and…

  18. Add a System Banner

    Would it be possible to add a banner at the top of the Lucity page,, so that we can have current messages displayed like, "The system will be down today from 10am - 11am."

  19. Allow all filters created as Basic Filters to be re-viewed as Basic Filters

    Currently (v19.0 sp1),some filters created as Basic Filters can only later be viewed and edited as Advanced Filters. I think this has to do with the nature of the join created when a filter includes multiple tables. It seems that if the filter can be created through the Basic Filter interface, it should later be viewable and editable in that same interface.

  20. Import changed web form/grid/view

    Currently when a user imports a web form, grid, or view and the item already exists, the import fails. I would like to see an option to import a newer version with the option to overwrite the current form/view/grid and replace it (as Windows does with files).
