  1. Publish a data dictionary for version 2018.

    It would be very helpful to have a current data dictionary when working with the new modules/tables.

    • Module flow charts.

      You have flow charts for some of your modules. Transportation, storm and sewer have nice flow charts under help. Please provide all modules with the same feature. Work Orders and Inventory do not have a chart.

      • Develop and publish an administrator user manual

        I'm a new employee coming in cold, and I'm going to be the on-site administrator for our system. I don't know what I don't know. Would be very helpful to have a user manual for administrators, separate from the help pages, that outlines all the key security and administrator procedures in one place.

        • GIS Setup Checklist

          Would it be possible to provide a one-page checklist for setting up the GIS components of Lucity. This checklist would be ordered so you would know what to do and in what order. It would also have links to the help documents that show you how to perform each step.

          This would be very helpful as opposed to search through the various help documents.

          • Create data model diagrams for each module

            For reporting, documentation, and GIS integration setup it would be useful to have data diagrams to accompany the data dictionaries (spreadsheets). The two major players (software products) that come to mind are Visual Studio and Enterprise Architect.
            There are several others? A Google search and programmer forums review would help you make a final decision.
            There is also the Geodatabase Diagrammer which hooks to Visio output (this one spawns from a GIS centric database design)
            (Having data model diagrams are also useful interanally for program change management, report documentation, and brainstorming between releases.)

            • Place the Lucity User Forum More Prominently

              This may be a small issue, but I think a lot of people (myself included) have had trouble finding the User Forum (https://lucity.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/topics) in its current position: the "Browse" button next to "Community" on the Support page. For example, there are only 2 posts in the last 3 years under "Best Practices". I think the forum would get a lot more use if it were labeled more prominently in a few places on that page (see screenshot). Calling it "Community Forum" or something as well would also help it appear in Google search results for people accustomed to…

              • Moving to Lucity Web document:

                Page numbers on Moving to Lucity Web are numbered incorrectly after page 68 making the table on page 59 unusable.
